Chef Hugo Valdez, our Director of Culinary, passion for food has flourished across a diverse range of cuisines and techniques, including classical French, American, Mexican, and Asian cuisine. However, it was his deep appreciation for the adaptability, evolution, and reverence for food within Japanese cuisine that ultimately captured his heart—a sentiment that continues to inspire him throughout his career.

Chef Tae Nam, the head Sushi Chef at Kinjo Room, brings a wealth of experience from some of Atlanta's most prestigious omakase and sushi restaurants. With over a decade of dedicated and passionate service he has consistently delivered exceptional dining experiences.

Our beverage list offers an extensive selection of sakes and wines. House cocktails and premium spirits are available.

We offer Buyouts and have a Private Dining Room available for parties from 10 to 26 people for Kinjo Next Door and 46 people for Kinjo Room.
