The seasonal salsa is “Harvest Verde”!!
We take the house verde you all know and love, add lots of extra roasted poblanos, fresh lime, and tomatillos. You heard that right, our classic verde does not contain tomatillos! We get them seasonally from Cowdery Farms, along with the poblanos. You can taste the difference especially when baked, where the tart, tangy brightness of the tomatillos really stands out.
