I can’t believe it’s been 25 years.

On this 25th anniversary of 9/11, we remember and honor the lives that were taken that day, the families and friends who continue to mourn their tragic loss, and the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice while risking their own lives to save others.

We also remember the thousands of first responders who have since lost their lives to illnesses directly caused by their exposure at Ground Zero. Their sacrifice did not end on September 11, 2001.

In honor of those who gave everything, I’m proud to continue a tradition I’ve kept every year since taking over this bar. Tomorrow, every police officer, firefighter, and paramedic drinks for free at Veronica’s.

It is our small way of saying:

We love you. We value you. We remember you. And we thank you. 🇺🇸

Congratulations to an incredible season for dart team Put A Cork in IT. You guys played your hearts out this season and I’m so proud to have you represent Veronica’s Bar. We’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day all weekend here in Veronica’s ☘️ Corned Beef Sandwiches and Corned Beef,cabbage, potato platters made by non other than Veronica herself. Come celebrate our 25th St Patrick’s Day here at Veronica’s, the pints will be flowing and the craic will be mighty🍻☘️
