We brewed 1.5 barrel batches (46.5 gallons) at a time and have expanded the brewery to include a new 5 barrel system during the Summer of 2021. We have many delicious, popular Beverages to choose from including a Pale Ale, Porter, English Brown Ale, IPA, an Irish Stout, a best selling German Kolsch and a very popular, smooth tasting German Lager.

INTRODUCING… “TOTALITY” a WMBC x Dark Nebula collaboration beer! 🌘🌝Totality’s New Zealand Pilsner is a new style for us, and known for its hop-forward craft beer style. It combines the crisp, clean finish of a traditional European lager with the vibrant tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape characteristics of NZ hops. 5.2% IBU 41

🚨NEW BEER ALERT!🚨 introducing… the “OLD MAN MIDNIGHT ALE” a Dark, Hoppy Ale with Columbus, Centennial & Cascade Hops!!

We spent the first couple months with the new brew system cranking out several old favorites, and now it’s time for some new beers as well! The Old Man Midnight Ale is a new, delicious style for us— it has a similar color to our stout or porter, but tastes wonderfully bitter like an IPA!

It will be on tap for the public Sunday May 31st, but MUG CLUB gets first sips TOMORROW, Saturday the 30th ‼️ Cheers 🍺
