A tequila infusion variation of my favorite Co**se Reviver No 2.
Serrano Lime fruit tea from the .ashlandor infused into blanco tequila. Cointreau infused with Shizo, and the classic lillet blanc and lemon. Off menu but available for request at by yours truly.

***pending the name, but I want to give some love to blackberries and mint absolutely everywhere in the US northwest. Living in Oregon the last two years has changed my life in a series of wonderful, tragic, and defining scenes. I found my love of mixology, taught myself how to manage bars professionally, and even made a name for myself as an award winning mixologist.
The northwest is a special place, and the feeling I get from coming up with this cocktail shares that vibe.

I now bartend at a great scene downtown to expand my talents and understanding.

Stay inspired, stay the course, and of course stay thirsty.

Inspired by my favorite Polish chemist, this drink is a special suited to the changing season from summer to fall, and is non-radioactive.

Beefeater 24 is made from 12 botanicals, like Japanese Sencha and Chinese green teas. This eastern inspired gin pairs with the Spectacular Indian Q tonic, which is a little sweeter and more bitter than traditional tonic, crafted to compliment a gin with complex herbal elements.
