Originally opened in 2013 in downtown Asheville, Rhubarb was built on Appalachian cuisine, transforming local, seasonal ingredients into refined, thoughtful dishes that celebrated the region’s identity. Over the years, it became a cornerstone of Asheville’s food scene, known for its commitment to quality and sense of place. After more than a decade of influence, Rhubarb closed in 2024.

Then came us, the reimagined Rhubarb. Reopened and refreshed, we’re stepping into a new chapter that continues to honor those roots while bringing a fresh perspective to the table. Experience an evening at Rhubarb.
