Some things you just don’t rush. Gnocchi is one of them.

Every Wednesday, our kitchen staff rolls up their sleeves and make it in-house by hand, and rolled fresh every single time. Amore included, no extra charge.

Meet Josh. ❤️✨

If you’ve been to Vinnie’s South, you already know him. And if you know him, you love him.

Four and a half years in as a server, Josh has grown with this restaurant and wouldn’t have it any other way. He came for the food, stayed for the regulars, and by now he’s part of the famiglia.

New Jersey roots, Asheville heart. Off the clock, he’s chasing music festivals, kayaking, and spending time with his Boston Terrier, Ace.

Favorite dish: the gnocchi with basil pesto. We respect it.

Thank you, Josh, for everything you do. We’re so happy to have you as part of the Vinnie’s team.
