Dalton Distillery Downtown Asheville's first legal Distillery. Specializing in Caribbean influenced Vodka and Rum, we We are Asheville's first legal distillery since prohibition.

Join us in our local passion as well as our commitment to superior quality spirits. At Dalton Distillery we are a family owned and operated organization. We take the time to create hand-crafted spirits that meet our highest quality standards. Our focus is Rum and Vodka, but soon we will venture into other liquors. We offer Tours & Tastings every hour on the hour Saturday 12pm-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm. Our dive bar- Daltons after Dark is open everyday 5pm-2am
