Pickle beer has never been my jam, but I try to keep an open mind. I've been holding onto this one for a while, and I'm slowly leaning toward cracking it open.

So why should I try a pickle beer? 🥒

1. Pickle beer offers a one-of-a-kind taste sensation that combines the tanginess and brininess of pickles with the refreshing qualities of beer.

2. Trying pickle beer allows me to step outside of my comfort zone and discover unexpected flavor combinations that may surprisingly delight my taste buds.

3. Supporting breweries that create pickle beer encourages innovation within the craft beer industry. I will never discourage creativity in any form.

What ingredient in beer have you encountered that you are skeptical of but willing to try?

Who came up with stout month? We all know that stout season is all year round. 💯 🤷🏾‍♀️

Shuck It, an oyster stout 🦪 brewed by .oyster.brewery ➡️ 6.2% ABV

Yes. It is brewed with locally harvested oysters! This stout is rich, roasty, and slightly sweet, with a hint of dark chocolate and toasty bread.

I spotted this one at and was intrigued. This stout is made with real oysters, something I had never seen before. Historically, Oyster Stouts began in the late 1800s when brewers found out that the shell of an oyster is packed with calcium carbonate, which could be used to purify and improve the beer while brewing.

I would recommend giving this one a shot. You'll be pleasantly surprised. 🍻

One of my favorite spots to visit is in Stafford, Virginia. Good drinks and good vibes. Whether you are in the mood for a latte of something a little stronger, will take care of you!

I am obsessed with their featured coffee boards that are ever changing. Today's board featured the following drinks:
