Our Fall Cocktail Menu is here!
Banana Bread Old Fashioned: Grandma's recipe, but make it a little extra 😉 We've combined Cook's Mill Wh***ey Bourbon and Muddy River Distillery | Craft Rum Banana and sweetened it with a brown sugar cinnamon simple syrup, then finished with black walnut bitters. It tastes like a warm slice straight out of the oven. Don't worry you won't have to let this banana bread cool off before enjoying!
Professor Plum: It was Professor Plum, in the taproom, with the mezcal. Case closed! Espolòn Blanco and Ilegal Reposado Mezcal team up with UME Plum Liqueur, fresh lime, and a smoked guajillo chili simple syrup. It's finished with a cherrywood smoked salt rim. This smoky, fruity margarita is the only mystery you need to solve this fall 🕵️🍁
Honeycrisp Sangria: Apple picking season, just got a boozy upgrade! Our house-made sangria brings together crisp white w**e, brandy, cinnamon, orange, and fresh apple c***r from Enloe Apple Farms just down the road. It's topped off with Devil's Foot Beverage Sparkling Apple Spritz. You won't find this at any apple orchard 🥂
The Burlington Coat Factory: Sweater weather called and it wants its coat back 🫢 Our cozy, layered take on the espresso martini starts with Charleston Distilling Co. Blue 80 Reposado and Chemist Spirits Vodka Coffee Liqueur. Then we add nitro cold brew from our friends at Dynamite Roasting Co. and a rich swirl of maple butter. It's warm, it's smooth, and it'll keep you going all season long. This is one coat you won't wanna return.
The Remedy: Cure those seasonal allergies with The Remedy 🤧 Oak and Grist Distilling Co. Barrel-Reserve Genever Gin and Chemist Spirits Herbal Revenge Liqueur are mixed with thyme simple syrup, fresh lemon, and a dash of Olive This! Asheville Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar. It's topped off with our own Devil's Foot Beverage N/A Sparkling Blackberry Sangria. It's herbal, berry-forward, and a little bit mysterious. Results may vary, but the deliciousness is guaranteed!
