RELEASE ALERT | The Curated Barrel Project - Batch #2 - Finished In The Oloroso Sherry Cask

The wait is finally over!

The Curated Barrel Project's Batch #2 release, which features our 7-year high-rye bourbon finished in a secondary cask that previously held Gonzalez Byass Oloroso Sherry, is officially available for purchase.

This cask-strength release clocks in at 105 proof and showcases notes of oxidized fruit, rich to***co, and leather without fully dominating our base bourbon.

We are thrilled to announce the second installment of our CBP Chef's Pairing Wh***ey Dinner featuring Chefs Darren Chang & Travis Masar, co-founders of Pig and Tiger, a modern Taiwanese restaurant in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood.

The pair first launched Pig and Tiger as a counter inside Avanti Boulder in 2020 before opening their full-service Denver restaurant in August 2025. Their cooking combines Taiwanese classics, Chang's family recipes, local Colorado ingredients, and contemporary interpretations shaped by more than 25 years of combined kitchen experience. And earlier this year, 5280 Magazine named Pig and Tiger its Best New Restaurant for 2026.

Introducing The Curated Barrel Project’s Oloroso Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon, featuring our 7-year high rye bourbon finished in Oloroso Sherry casks from Gonzales BS in Spain.

This stunning cask strength barrel finish features rich leathery notes of to***co and oxidized fruit without overwhelming our beautiful bourbon base.
