Founded in 1961, we are proud to still be a family owned and operated business! We believe that caring about people begins at home and we extend that caring principle into our community. Being involved in local charities that really make a difference in the lives of those in our own neighborhoods is very important to us. We send each package of noodles out our door to you with the hope that it will be enjoyed at your dinner table with your loved ones!

We've been working on a sourdough noodle with our new pasta machine, and we are obsessed. The smell is honestly intoxicating, fresh, light, and a little tangy in the best way. Two testing rounds down!
