Meet the newest addition to the Marmalade Lounge team—Erica (they/she)! 🍸✨

You'll find Erica behind the bar on Fridays and Saturdays, ready to shake up thoughtful cocktails and help you discover your next favorite drink.

When they're not at Marmalade, they're either enjoying a cozy day at home or off on an adventure with her pets. Erica's passionate about getting creative with food and drinks and is currently studying integrative medicine, exploring natural healing modalities and nature-based therapy. Their love of herbalism—from both a wellness and metaphysical perspective—inspires the way she thinks about flavor and cocktail creation.

She's back! You might recognize this cocktail by its signature garnish, and we're sure you'll remember its savory, refreshing flavors.

Introducing our first Former Favorite—a new menu feature where we bring back some of the most-loved cocktails from past menus.

Kicking things off is A Fruitful Conversation: Azteca Azul tequila infused with watermelon and tomato, shaken with house-made tajín simple syrup and fresh lime juice, topped with a splash of soda water, and finished with Don Dulce's chamoy.
