Big big shout out to Victoria & Paul.
When I started the camper conversion last spring we had a conversation about the project at hand after they had reached out about bar service. I had no real blue prints or plan, just a vision, a camper, and tools. For no reason at all they listened to my outlandish vision for the Yellowstone Camper and were on board, effectively becoming the first couple to know about the build, as well as rent it. Thousands of hours went into it and a year and a half later we pulled into farm with our finished project at the beginning of their ‘happy ever after’. Thank you for your blind trust, and congratulations. Based on the trust and faith you had in a stranger, it’s without a doubt the two of you will live happily for lifetimes. Congratulations, you’re an amazing couple!

Pulling out an original from the archives! This was one of those Bob Ross moments where a first shot turned into a happy little accident. The goal was to take a Negroni and turn it on its head! .
-Wrongfully Convicted-
•1oz Bimini Gin
•.75oz Suze
•.25oz Grand Marnier
•.25oz St. Germaine
•.25 Fresh Grapefruit Juice
•3 drops Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
•3 drops Old Forester Hummingbird Bitters
[add ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice, then strain into a chilled Nick&Nora glass]
•Floater: .5 oz of Malbec poured slowly over a spoon

What better way to close the day then with a bad ass from our home town of Portland, Maine. Meet LyAnna ! Before the craziness began she was slinging drink for in a mean way. It’s our favorite spot in the city and will be the first place we venture too when the smoke clears! LyAnna also rocked the stage for , nailed runner up in her second time out, and then captured the wild card spot to go to the national stage which was unfortunately postponed.
Beet It Up
•1.5oz Beet infused Bimini Gin
•.5oz Amaro Nonino
•75 Lemon Poached Rhubarb Syrup
•.75 Fresh Lemon Juice
•1 Teeny Barspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
[Build in tin and add ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe]
•Garnish: Dried Citrus
