Well… Mother Nature decided to pick a different target this time &for that we are incredibly grateful.
After everything our community has been through these last few months, seeing the storms roll through without bringing devastation to our little corner of the world is a blessing we won’t take for granted. To everyone who checked on neighbors, stayed weather aware & continues to show up for one another every single day…thank you. This community is something special & we’re thankful to be part of it.

Now let’s celebrate a little good news.

Hey AP & Fun Hub family…

I hate that we’re even having to talk about this again, but the latest forecasts are showing the potential for another significant severe weather event on Wednesday. After what our community went through on March 10th, I know a lot of us are feeling anxious. We all remember how quickly things changed that night. While we’re hoping and praying the forecast shifts & the worst of it misses us or really does not happen at all. We are not going to assume that it will though.

Now is the time to prepare. Charge your devices, gather any supplies you may need, make sure you have a plan, and check in with your family, friends, neighbors & anyone who may need extra help.

Most importantly, let’s do what this community does best & look out for one another. Use this thread if you need help preparing, have resources to offer, need assistance securing property, have a safe place available or just want to connect with others making preparations. If you have something to offer, let people know. If you need something, don’t be afraid to ask.

We got through March 11 together, and whatever Wednesday brings, we’ll face it together too.
