Bad news:
Yesterday we got another call from a guy saying he caught a tagged walleyes. but he didn’t notice until the next morning and the fish was dead. In the rules it states all fish must be alive, so the fish was not expected for the winning prize of $44,000.. they had 2 guys in the boat and they weren’t sure who caught it as well. But they didn’t walk away empty handed. We decided to give both of them a st.croix tournament series rod! I want to say thank you to everyone that came in for walleye weekend and thank you to all of our customers that continue to shop with us. We really appreciate it and couldn’t do it without you guys! Happy fishing everyone and we hope to see you in the future!
