One question we get a lot: is there corn in corned beef? 🌽
Answer: Absolutely not. ❌

The name comes from the curing process, where beef is seasoned with large grains of salt, once called “corns” of salt.

Ours is first-cut, slow-cooked, and served with garden fresh cabbage, mashed potatoes, and fresh parsley cream sauce. 😋

Now that we’ve cleared that up, come in and grab a plate.
