Meet our Irish Reuben. We brine and season our corned beef in-house, slow-roast it until tender, and pile it high with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.

Wilderness Trail Distillery Family Reserve Cask Strength is a limited single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, hand-selected and bottled at cask strength. Each barrel averages only about 215 bottles, which makes every release a pretty limited find.

Expect:
🍯 Vanilla + caramel
🍬 Butterscotch
🍑 Peach + plum
🌶️ Baking spice
🪵 Oak + barrel char

And since today is the last day of National Bourbon Heritage Month, this feels like a pretty good one to end on.
