🍔 BURGER WEEK THROWBACK! 🍔 As tradition goes, in the weeks leading up to North Coast Journal’s Burger Week, we like to bring back some of our favorite burgers from years past. First up: The W.A.B. Smash! Two smash patties seasoned with our house-made WAB seasoning, topped with bacon and Gorgonzola cream sauce, served over seasoned Brussels sprouts on a toasted pub bun. 🤤🔥
