Arcata's longest-running salsa night happens every Wednesday from 8:30pm til 11pm at The Griffin. Starting on September 9th you can also get your salsa fix on the second Saturday of every month! 9pm til close. Dancefloor selections by DJs Sonido Pachanguero & East One

I regret to announce that starting this week The Griffin is no longer hosting Salsa Night on Wednesdays. Much thanks to The Griffin for providing a space for us to dance for so many years and a heartfelt thank you to all of you who came out week after week. Don't worry - new Latin nights are in the works and more good times are on the horizon. For starters, it's the second annual Humboldt Latin Dance Festival this weekend! Come out to Redwood Raks all weekend long for workshops with various instructors as well as dance parties Friday and Saturday night. Hope to see you there!
