Back home and already missing Sicily 💛

Today for St. Joseph’s Day, John made Pasta with Sarde using fresh sardines and wild fennel—just like we had it there.

Crazy to think the sardines go from the sea straight to the pan… no time for ice, just fresh and simple.

Took us right back to those little coastal towns and slow days. Nothing fancy, just really good food and good memories 🇮🇹✨

Our last stop in Sicily—Porticello—watching the fishermen and enjoying some fresh seafood at in Aspra before we head back home to get ready to open again. Grateful for these beautiful moments and excited to see you all soon.
