Please join us this Friday night (Oct. 9) for the FINAL Appomattox Cheerz event featuring Southland! The Til the End of Time Animal Sanctuary will be serving up the food concessions with homemade meatball subs and baked goodies. Now that the rainy weather is out of here, we are hoping that everyone is ready to get back outside and that Abbitt Park will be bustling with you and your friends. Remember...this is the LAST Cheerz event for 2015. Come join us! Share the post with your friends & family. The more the merrier!

OK everyone...don't forget to join us tonight for Appomattox Cheerz with the Wysteria band! The Red House Volunteer Fire Dept. will be serving up the concession foods. The weather forecast looks great so please come on out and pack the park! See you tonight!

Please join us this Friday night, July 17, from 5:30pm to 9pm when we welcome the Firecracker Jam band (http://www.firecrackerjam.com/) to the Abbitt Park stage for Appomattox Cheerz. If you are a big fan of hot wings, then be sure to buy some from the Missionary Food Bank who is hosting the food concessions for this event. Everyone knows that Shirley Wheeler hits the mark on those hot wings! And, since this event is a fundraiser for the food bank, buy some 50/50 raffle tickets too! You might just leave with a nice jackpot in your pocket!

Just a reminder that The BRB Band will be performing Friday, June 19 on the Abbitt Park stage for Appomattox Cheerz! Please join us from 5:30p to 9p for this concert...good music, good food, dancing, cold adult beverages, 50/50 raffle...sounds like a good time! The Appomattox County Historical Society are hosting the food concessions as a fundraiser so be sure to purchase some yummy eats from them! See you there!
