Happy Father's Day from McFleshman's.

Today, the first pint is on us — for the dads who taught us to love beer. The ones who let us take that first taste off the top, who poured a little into the small glass, who explained the difference between a lager and an ale before we could spell either.

Triple Crown bottles come out at noon today!

This is the bottle we make once a year. It started as 547 Day — when our celebration was all about one of our own. This year, we're growing it into something bigger: a day to celebrate all West Coast IPAs, with breweries from across Wisconsin.

But the Triple Crown release? That tradition hasn't changed a bit. A 12% Triple West Coast IPA brewed with Wisconsin honey. Hand-filled, hand-labeled, hand-waxed. Cellar-worthy. Come and get one before they're gone until next year.

The Wisconsin West Coast IPA Invitational kicks off this afternoon — VIP at 2, GA at 3. If you don't have tickets yet, this is the time.

Once a year, 547 dresses to impress.

Today at noon, the special edition 547 4-pack drops — black 16oz cans wrapped in four unique labels, each in a bright color. A West Coast Weekend tradition. The only time of year these labels see the light of day.

These didn't come off an assembly line. Every can was filled, sealed, and labeled by our team — one at a time — because that's how this beer earns its moment.
When they're gone, they're gone, and we won't see them again until next year. So if you've been waiting, today's the day.

West Coast Weekend 2026 starts today!

FOUR days. FIVE things you don't want to sleep on. Here's the rundown:

Today — Shady Grove with Comet Leaf Hops. Our brewers stuffed a keg with Comet leaf hops, filled it with Shady Grove, and let it ride overnight. The result is on tap right now. When it's gone, it's gone — and if you fall in love, grab a crowler before it disappears.

Tomorrow — Lil' Toronado Crowlered Fresh, 3–10 PM. The beer went into the keg today, which means tomorrow's crowlers are getting filled the same day it came out of the tank. It does not get fresher than this. Come and get it.

Friday at noon — 547 4-Pack Release. Black 16oz cans wrapped in a special edition Andy Warhol-inspired label. As cool as it is delicious.

Saturday at noon — Triple Crown Bottle Release. Bottles drop at the brewery — limited, layered, and ready to take home.

Saturday afternoon — Wisconsin West Coast IPA Invitational. Ten breweries. One trophy. Your vote on the line. VIP doors at 2 PM, GA at 3 PM. If you haven't grabbed tickets yet, this is the nudge.

Are you coming the Wisconsin West Coast IPA Invitational? Stick around after — Marty Paschke and Eric W. Krueger take the stage at 7 for the perfect Saturday-night encore. Performing together since 2004, they're known for tight vocal harmonies, intricate guitar work, and a setlist that swings from originals to Simon & Garfunkel, Tom Petty, R.E.M., and Pearl Jam.
