15 gallons of pear wine, made from 50 lbs of pears! The lighter colored carboys are just pear and the darker carboy includes 5 lbs of raisins. Should be delicious!

The Peach Project topped out around 20%. Surprisingly, was still VERY drinkable and tasty. Much was learned.
