Keeper’s Kolsch - 5.6% - a balanced, crisp, clean, slightly fruity, dry finishing beer made with malt from Cologne, Germany…the known place where Kolsch beers started as an alternative to popular lagers. Utilizing top fermenting ale yeast, followed by a cold conditioning process produces an extremely drinkable beverage satisfying to the last drop. $1 from every pint sold in May will be donated to the Apalachicola Riverkeeper.
