RENTAL SCAM ALERT! Today we received a call at our office regarding a home on the island that a party was about to pay for and they just had a feeling....so they called and asked us to check into the situation. It was an island property but the agent on the agreement did not work for the rental company and the property was already rented to another family for the same dates.
The item for rent was first seen on FB and then they exchanged emails. Saved them $5K, Don't let your vacation be ruined, Please use all of our Island fabulous legitimate services if you are looking to come to AMI for a visit!! Please share!!
