Photos from our Spanish Wine Dinner this Week! Wines from Núria Garrote-i-Esteve of Vino Vi & Co. and Joe Moorehouse of Woodbury Wines.
1. Croqueta de Jamón | Serrano ham and bechamel filled croquette, fried and served with romesco.

2. Crudo de Atún | Raw sushi grade yellowfin tuna with Castelvetrano olives, pistachios, radish, lemon zest, extra virgin olive oil, microgreens, and fleur de sel.

3. R**e con Chorizo | Monkfish with Iberico chorizo and tomatoes in a saffron sauce, served with crispy potatoes and saffron aïoli.

4. Dúo de Pato | Duck breast and shredded duck leg with a dry oloroso sherry sauce, served with roasted pears and raisins and zucchini fritter.
