Florentina Jaha — ThE oWnEr’S DaUgHtEr 🙄😂❤️

The baby of the family, definitely the most spoiled… but if we’re being fair, she’s earned every bit of it. ❤️

Florentina is the one behind so many of the little details that make Amore special. Birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, proposals, special occasions—she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. And no, Vinny & Lamar aren’t just saying that because she’s their little sister. 😂

She’s also breaking the family curse 😂—the first one in our family to go to college, working toward her dream of becoming a neurosurgeon. 🧠👩‍⚕️

Meanwhile, her two older brothers are standing behind her wondering how the baby of the family ended up being the smart one. 😂

We pick on her, we spoil her, and we probably always will—but we couldn’t be more proud of the woman she’s becoming. ❤️

Been helping at amore since she was 12 years old! (Cheap labor at its finest 😜)

👨‍🍳 CHEF JOSE FRIAS — 15 YEARS & COUNTING

If the walls of Amore could talk, Jose would probably tell them to quit talking and get back to work. 😂

For 15 years — literally since Day 1 — Chef Jose Frias has been part of Amore.

Jose has never been the guy looking for attention or recognition. He’s the guy who shows up, gets to work, handles his business and somehow makes even the craziest nights look normal.

In 15 years, he’s seen just about everything — packed kitchens, impossible ticket rails, menu changes, new employees, broken equipment and those nights where absolutely NOTHING goes according to plan. 😂

And through all of it, Jose has always been Jose: consistent, dependable and someone you know you can count on.

But as proud as we are of Chef Jose, we’re just as proud to have watched his family grow alongside ours. ❤️

His wife Zandhy and their boys aren’t just Jose’s family — after all these years, they’ve become part of the Amore story too. We’ve watched the kids grow up, celebrated different moments together and created memories that go way beyond the kitchen.

And speaking of the boys…

We do need to publicly acknowledge that Adriel has officially passed his dad in soccer. ⚽😂

Sorry, Jose. Fifteen years of respect and we still have to tell the truth.

Adriel is WAY better. 😂⚽

That’s what makes 15 years together so special. You don’t just watch someone grow in their career — you watch families grow, kids grow up and life happen together.

For 14 years, Miss Kaye has been so much more than part of Amore — she’s our Grandma, our family, and of course… the BIG BOSS. 😂👑

She’s been here through the busy nights, crazy days, celebrations, hard times, and more Amore memories than we could ever count. And somehow, she’s always there keeping everybody in line — especially Vinny. 😂
Even though, LUMBYYY IS HER FAVORITE

But what makes Miss Kaye truly special is the love she gives our family. She loves and treats ALL the Amore babies like they’re her own grandkids. ❤️ She spoils them, worries about them, watches over them, and makes sure every one of them knows they have a Grandma Kaye.

That’s what Amore has always been about — more than coworkers, more than a restaurant… FAMILY.

Thank you, Miss Kaye, for 14 years of loyalty, love, laughter, and putting up with all of us. We love you, Grandma! ❤️

15 years ago, Samuel Frias joined us on Day One. What we didn’t know then was that we weren’t just gaining a chef — we were gaining an entire family. ❤️

Samuel has been behind the food at Amore from the very beginning. Through 15 years of crazy weekends, long nights, celebrations, struggles, growth, and thousands upon thousands of plates, he has never stopped showing up for us.

But what makes these 15 years even more special is that we haven’t just watched Amore grow together — we’ve watched our families grow together.

We’ve celebrated birthdays, weddings, babies, milestones and watched our kids grow up. Somewhere along the way, the line between employee, friend and family disappeared.

Samuel, thank you for giving 15 years of your life to something we built together. And to your beautiful family, thank you for sharing him with us through all the long days, late nights, weekends and holidays that come with this business. You are just as much a part of the Amore family as he is.

Restaurants come and go. Employees come and go. But having someone stand beside you from Day One to Year 15 is something you can never put a price on.

For the past 7½ years, Evian has been so much more than an employee or part of the Amore team. She is family. She’s been beside us through the good times, the hard times, the crazy days, the long nights, and everything in between.
