Fresh release for the Raven Run Club offsite pub run!

A fresh batch of our Sitka Spruce-tip l***r hits the taps today. It’s light, refreshing, and brings a hint of Sitka Spruce Tip to the palette. Does it taste like a spruce tree? No! The flavor is delicate, slightly vanilla and almost berry like. We ran out of our test batch too quickly when released in August, so made a full size batch so more could enjoy.

For the runners out there, Skinny Raven Pub Run is at Turnagain Brewing this evening for an offsite run through the park. Run at six, prizes at 7.

We’re open 2-8 pm this evening. Dress warm, enjoy the sunshine, and we’ll see you soon.

Selfless Sundays continue. Every Sunday in October, we’re donating our tips to your Nordic Skiing Assoc Anchorage . Ski lessons, education, races and community events are just a few of the things NSAA does throughout the dark winter months to keep us active and having fun. Upcoming events include their annual ski swap next weekend and Nordic Nights fundraiser in early November!!

Our Taproom is open Sundays 2-6 pm. Today there’s broom making upstairs and football on the screen downstairs. Cheers, and we hope you’ll join us in raising funds for NSAA!

Join us for this month’s edition of Science of Tap! Grab your favorite Turnagain b**r or soda, and settle in to learn from Dr. Jess McLaughlin how DNA is extracted and sequenced. It’s not magic-it’s science!

Selfless Sundays are back at Turnagain Brewing! Every Sunday during the month of October, all tips earned in the taproom are being donated to your Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage! We’re open 2-6 pm on Sundays. Today we also have an Irish Session upstairs at 3 pm, and football on the screen downstairs. We hope you’ll join us!

New Release!

Milk of the Hoppy is a milkshake IPA - a hazy IPA with lactose, vanilla bean, and actual passionfruit. ABV 7.2% for this thick beast, which features citrusy hop and tart passionfruit. It pours thick and creamy with bonus mouthfeel from the lactose. It is still FUNdamentally an IPA with a touch of bitterness, and yes, it is really FUN!

The final day is here… 😢

Wear pink and come say farewell to Mountain Pies . Ya’ll have done good job in reducing her food stocks this week. So good that today the menu is down to wings, tots and cheese balls until sold out. We’re opening at 2 pm and Meg is serving until you’ve emptied the cupboards and refrigerator. If you can’t get here in time for food, Meg will be here into the evening to share stories about the last 8 years. We’ll see you soon!!!!
