We're thinking it's time to bring PAINT NIGHTS back to Corks & Hops for the winter!

Cold weather, good w**e, great food, and some questionable paintings. Challenge yourself to paint worse than I do!

Ok, good news and bad news!

Bad news first. We're a WEEEE bit short staffed right now with everyone deciding to take vacations at the same time. So, unfortunately, no Pour Decisions tonight.

Now for the GOOD news!

We managed to get our hands on some Nurseryman Cabernet Sauvignon! If you know, you KNOW.

AND... this week's throwback special is MAC & CHEESE!

It's a little different (and honestly, a little cooler) than the original, but we're still making it from scratch with a four cheese blend and our house made béchamel sauce.

We've had a lot of requests to bring this one back, so here you go!

A CORKS & HOPS TRADITION: CAYMUS IS BACK.

Our annual Caymus & Wagner Family W**e Dinner returns Thursday, December 3 at 6 PM.

Caymus is one of those names that needs very little introduction, especially if you love Napa Cabernet. Getting together over these w**es and a dinner we’ve built around them has become a tradition we look forward to every year.

Our email list got first dibs and already claimed 23 of the 40 seats. That leaves just 17 tickets available.

We’re planning four courses plus an opening bite, with five w**es from the Caymus and Wagner family lineup. We’re still working on the final menu and w**e selections, but apparently 23 of you are comfortable letting us handle dinner. We appreciate the trust.

$195 per person, including tax and gratuity.

Call Corks & Hops and ask for Ashley to reserve. Payment secures your seats.

Happy Friday, Eagle River! Tonight’s special is Chicken Marsala with mushrooms, onions, a rich Marsala sauce and goat cheese.

As always, also on the menu, Certified Angus Beef Ribeye's and Filets, Pastas, and plenty of appetizers if you’d rather share a few plates over a bottle of w**e. Our w**e selection gives you plenty of reasons to stay for another glass.

Happy Saturday! Last call for Fresh Alaskan Halibut! Tonight is your last chance to get it at Corks & Hops before we say goodbye for the season.

Last call for fresh Alaskan halibut! This is the LAST WEEKEND for it at Corks & Hops, so come and get it while we have it.

Our new Pork Tenderloin special was a hit this week, and it’s sticking around for the weekend: Dijon maple sauce, grilled Japanese sweet potatoes brushed with our garlic, shallot & rosemary compound butter, and roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon.

Dinner plans handled. See you tonight!

Two big announcements today.
First: YES, we are doing Trivia tonight. =)
Ashlyn is ready for her weekly guest appearance, and apparently she is FIRED UP. Trivia starts at 7:30 PM, so grab your team and come see what she has planned for you this week.
Second: YES, Thanksgiving To Go is coming back!
We've already had several inquiries, and I've been working on getting everything sourced and figuring out this year's production. If you joined us last year, you know we don't mess around with Thanksgiving dinner.
We'll have the full menu, details and preorders opening soon.
So come play trivia tonight and get your Thanksgiving headcount ready!
