🍽️ Tonight’s special is by far our most requested dish: meatloaf with mashed potatoes, boiled cabbage, and a cornbread muffin. It’s a plate full of comfort and goodness, y’all. Supplies are limited.

🍸 Rusty’s drink of the week is a Negroni Highball, with the classic Negroni components of gin, Campari and sweet vermouth stretched out with club soda into a refreshing cocktail perfect for warm weather.

🍸 Lisa's drink of the week is the Paradise Sunrise. Tequila, peach schnapps, passion fruit and orange juice and a little bit of cherry liqueur. A very refreshing cocktail after a long day.

🍽️ Tonight’s special is by request: Chicken fried steak! We start with a hearty steak cutlet, tenderize it, season it up nicely, bread it in our signature chicken mix, then deep fry to a golden brown. Comes smothered with white gravy and served with mashed potatoes, corn casserole and a biscuit. As always, supplies are limited.

🍸 Rusty’s drink of the week is the Tommy Noble, a daisy-style cocktail of herbal complexity, named after a notoriously bad British boxer of the 1910s through 1930s. Gin, Pimm’s No. 1 liqueur, lemon, simple syrup and Angostura bitters, with orange oil expressed over the drink and across the rim of the glass.

🍸 Lisa's drink of the week is the Pineapple Upside Down Cake cocktail. Amaretto, pineapple, lime and simple syrup make this cocktail taste like a yummy slice of cake!

🍽️ Tonight’s special is by request and has become a customer favorite: Hoppin' John! This classic Southern dish is served with roasted pork tenderloin smothered in a savory mushroom gravy and accompanied by crisp slaw, and a side of warm cornbread. It’s one of our family’s favorite plates of food.

🍸 Rusty’s drink of the week is the Oaxacanite, an agave-based sour-style cocktail that uses honey syrup as the sweetener, making it kin to the Gold Rush as well as the Margarita. Mezcal, blanco tequila, lime juice, honey syrup and Angostura bitters complete the tasty package.

🍸 Lisa's drink of the week is The Gypsy. Similar to a Gin sour, The Gypsy is made with Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup but with added grenadine and cherry juice . Bourbon may be substituted for gin if you prefer.

Seasoned ground beef in a rich, creamy mushroom sauce with sour cream, tossed with egg noodles and served with buttered whole kernel corn and a warm roll. This one is straight up comfort food royalty, y’all. Supplies are limited.

🍸🦄 Lisa's Drink of the Week is the Unicorn Cake Cocktail in honor of our kitchen manager Charlotte's birthday this week. Whipped vodka, cotton candy moonshine, strawberry puree and finished with a pink sugar rim for a tasty treat just like the unicorn cakes that are popular in the spring.

🍽️ Tonight’s special: Smothered pork chops! A bone-in pork chop that’s been braised low and slow in a rich brown gravy with onions and served over beef consommé rice alongside seasoned baby carrots and a yeast roll. This is one fine plate of food, y’all.

🍸 Rusty’s drink of the week is the Molasses Biscuit, a crazy attempt to recreate that Southern breakfast treat in an Old Fashioned riff. Wheated bourbon (Maker’s Mark), sorghum syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters form the backbone, while a few drops of butter extract and heavy cream bring a rich, buttery flavor.

🍸 Lisa's drink of the week is the Strawberry Bay Breeze. This drink is similar to the Malibu Bay Breeze, but uses strawberry rum instead of coconut. Very refreshing and delicious!

🍉 Tonight also marks the beginning of Watermelon Margarita season! This is a craft margarita that uses freshly squeezed watermelon juice and is available all summer.

🍸 Rusty’s drink of the week is the Watermelon Cooler, a nonalcoholic summer favorite available to all ages. Watermelon juice, lime juice and simple syrup are topped off with Sprite or club soda, depending on how sweet you want it. Watermelon Margarita season starts today, but we never lose sight of those who can’t or prefer not to consume alcohol. Available all summer long! 🍉
