This Memorial Day weekend, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

Our Fallen Soldiers Table is displayed at the front of the restaurant as a reminder that freedom is never free. Each item on the table holds special meaning: the white tablecloth stands for purity of intention, the single red rose represents the blood shed and the families who mourn, the candle symbolizes hope and remembrance, the lemon slice reminds us of the bitter fate of those who will never return, the salt symbolizes the tears shed by families and fellow soldiers, the empty glass represents that they cannot share a toast with us today, and the empty chair reminds us of those who are missing.

We invite our guests to take a moment to reflect and honor the heroes who gave everything for our freedoms.

To all Gold Star families and those remembering a loved one this weekend — we are grateful, and we will never forget.
