We’ve got us a ringer here today! It’s still hot out, so the kitchen has decided to keep it light and do Chopped Italians starting today (6/12) until they’re gone.

Genoa Salami, Hot Capocollo, pepperoni, ham, provolone, red onion, banana peppers, and shredded lettuce all get chopped together with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and mayo and loaded into an Italian hoagie.

Eat light, save room for $5 old Fashioneds!

Yesterday because it was so dang hot we did turkey club sandwiches topped with garlic aioli (sorry I didn’t post it, I was unsure how they’d go over). They were a really big hit, so today 6/11 we will be doing them again!

Eat light, save room for beer.

At any rate, Kelly Considine the wings are fresh off the smoker, the Good Boy’s are ICE cold, the Busch Light’s are even colder, and the girls are in a great mood today.

We are “fancy-ing” it up in the kitchen this weekend…..

This one took some time to figure out, and if I had to guess it was not on anyone’s bingo card for a special sandwich!

Starting today (6/5) until they are gone, we will be doing turkey burgers! We’re taking a perfectly seasoned 6 oz ground turkey burger and placing it inside a pretzel bun with Arcadian lettuce, a slice of tomato, melted provolone cheese, candied bacon, then topping it all with garlic aioli. This one has tons of flavor and isn’t your classic dried out hockey puck turkey burger!

Also, we will be doing cheddar cheese filled jalapeño poppers for our special appetizer this weekend. They are not too spicy and I’ve already had 5 of them this morning!

Why do we have to wait until 4 PM for a $5 you call it old fashioned? Who makes the rules around here?

I must apologize. I’ve lied to you. I told you all not to worry, that Simber wouldn’t be cooking. Well, the day has finally come…….

She’s going to be in the kitchen running the fryers today (6/3) during the lunch shift with me!! Don’t fret though, I’ll keep close watch on her! Come in and heckle her a little so she gets the full experience! (Look how bare our reader board looked without the steel logo on top!)

Loaded Mac and Cheese and boneless wings 4 PM - 9 PM as well as full menu all day.

Old Fashioned Friday is here at last!!!

To celebrate we will be doing Ribeye Sandwiches today (5/29) and tomorrow (5/30) or until they’re gone.

Hand seasoned, hand cut, hand tenderized, and 2 hands to eat one! They are good. I promise. Homemade horseradish sauce, caramelized onions, and grilled mushrooms get piled high on top of this slightly under medium 1/4 inch grilled ribeye.

We also have Crab Rangoons this weekend! Don’t miss out on these, they’ll go just as fast as the Ribeyes!

We are hiring! Come bee a part of our kitchen crew!

Line Cook:

No experience is required, because I didn’t have any when we first opened, but it is preferred. If you can hustle, and are willing to learn, we can teach you.

This opening is for 15-20 (or more if you want it) hours a week, obviously nights and weekends will be involved.

As I always state, our kitchen might be a little unorthodox when compared to some, but we put out a high volume of product at a fast pace, with a very big emphasis on consistency and cleanliness. Any new hire will be expected to be able to run either the fryers or griddle at any given time, as we work as a single unit and need to be interchangeable.

It’s starting to get hot and busy, which means it will be getting hot in the kitchen as well, that’s just part of the game. I can promise you we have the coldest drinks around to cool you off, and we try to make the best of every day and have as much fun working as possible.

Pay is dependent on experience, and there is always room to grow.
