Hi folks! We were touched by the many kind expressions of what The Shanachie has meant to you. Now you can have a piece of The Shanachie for yourself. All of the beautiful Shanachie wall hangings and memorabilia are available for purchase: Framed Irish prints, Irish whiskey posters, mirrors, the antique (1850's) fireplace mantle, framed Dublin election brochure from 1923, the Irish writer prints, framed print of "The Blind Piper" by Joseph Haverty, framed print of "The Accordion Player" by Jack B. Yeats, antiques Irish bottles, sugar and cream set, and lots more. Stop by Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (if stuff is still here by then) from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Slainte!

Thanks to all of you who have been a part of The Shanachie's story the last 7 1/2 years. The final chapter is this weekend and it's going to be a barn-burner! Tonight: Paraic Keane and Friends - including Timlin & Kane and Danny Quinn! Saturday night: Timlin & Kane and perhaps a few surprises!

And Paraic has lots of friends - Timlin & Kane, for example. They'll be there. There are reports that Danny Quinn will be stopping by to join in the fun. Who else? Come out and see!

Sunday, March 25: Because you asked for it and we listened - Family Day with Timlin & Kane from 2:00-5:00. Music and fun for the whole family! Next week: Tuesday, March 27: Our final traditional session. And our last weekend will be one for the ages. Friday, March 30: Paraic Keane (who performed with The Chieftains in Carnegie Hall on St. Patrick's Day) and Friends - joined by our very own Timlin & Kane. Saturday, March 31: Timlin & Kane. Thanks to everybody who helped make yesterday a wonderful St. Patrick's Day celebration! But we weren't kidding about celebrating all month. Today is Family Day at The Shanachie with The McKendry Brothers from 2:00 - 5:00! Great music, food, and fun for the whole family!
