Happy Saturday Friends! We have take out food and beer tonight from 5p to 9p! Call 814-946-1631 x 506 to place your order and pick up in front of the LAUREL ROOM (straight ahead when you come in the main hotel entrance).

We originally had dinner pick up at the Grouse's Nest but it has proven more convenient for all to zip in the main entrance and back out. The extension to use from now until further notice is 506! Sorry for the inconvenience and we are so excited to see you all again!

We will monitor the previous voicemail for any guest whom we have not caught in time with the change. As always you can speak to the front desk and they can get you where you want to be! Have a GrAnD Day, stay safe!

How are you all doing out there, Grand Land? We’re still operating our restaurants as take out only! Call ahead 814.946.1631 x 505 to avoid waiting in house!

We are going to accept reservations for Easter Brunch on April 12. We will update with any changes as we continuously monitor the recommendations from the department of health and the governor.

Easter falls outside of the two week mandate. We are aware that this can lengthen at any time thus either cancelling the buffet or transitioning it to take out only. Holiday buffet preparations start early for us so we want to be proactive to deliver our guests the great holiday they deserve should restaurant restrictions be lifted by then.

Continue to practice your social distancing and avoid large groups. We all can contribute so much to this mitigation by committing to the recommendations by our government and the CDC. Stay healthy and safe ✌🏼

Hello, Grand Land!

We wanted to take this time to express our sincere gratitude to all of the women and men working around the clock in various occupations to protect our community and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

As of 3/17/2020, all Altoona Grand Hotel restaurant and bar operations will transition to take out service only. Breakfast will be available to hotel guests at the front desk from 6A to 10A.

Hotel operations will continue as usual and we will advise against large groups of guests congregating in common areas. Front desk agents will be available 24/7 to make new reservations and answer any questions about future reservations. The front desk can be reached at 814.946.1631 x 0.

We wish everyone a safe and healthy few weeks as we learn more of this virus. As new updates are released we will notify our guests and the public.
