Last week, your favorite bartenders Ethan and Mark took a field trip to New Trail Brewing Company, one of our favorite local breweries, to dive deeper into the craft behind the beers we pour every night.

From hops to taps, they got a behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process, sampled some incredible new releases—including a few standout non-alcoholic options—and chatted with the brewers about upcoming collaborations and seasonal specialties.

A huge thank you to the amazing team at New Trail for hosting us and sharing your passion and knowledge.
