When I Am King - Baltic Porter - 7.0%

Devotees of dark, strong lager rejoice!

Our Baltic Porter returns to the draft lineup today. Luscious, velvet-like malt is the star of this particular show with an intensely bready, nutty base supporting layers of subtle cocoa eventually giving way to a semi-dry, clean finish.

You & Whose Army? - Pale Ale - 5.5% ABV

Brewed with Golden Promise and a touch of Caramunich, and hopped judiciously with a blend of Chinook, Centennial, and Amarillo. This beautifully balanced ale is brimming with bright citrus and stone fruit notes.

We’ve always existed somewhere in the space between reverence for classic styles and impudent exploration. This beer bridges that gap seamlessly, utilizing old-world technique with an experimental twist.

Leafless is our Maple Lager. This approachable, malt-accented lager is krausened in the lagering tank with local maple syrup. The yeast metabolizes the sugar in order to carbonate the beer but leaves a subtle hint of maple aroma and flavor in the finished beer.
