On Saturday we welcomed the Unity Christian Ag Business class. The students raised broiler chickens and tracked their costs, rate of gain, and put together a management plan. They brought us their birds bright and early Saturday morning and were hands-on with processing them. What a great experience for these students to learn the cycle of their food from farm-to-table!
