Hello, as the owner of Riviera Maya Restaurant in Alton I want to come up clear about a recent review inspection that in lack of words it's not very clear about some trash cheese dip situation.
Recently we had a full break down in our main cooler and we have worked to fix it but actually needs to be totally replaced so there there few containers left to be cleaned and one of the had cheese on it that we forgot to discard and trash it out, clearly that's not the food we are serving, basically just trash that needed to be put out.
For the last 17 years we have been cooking literally millions of meals for our customers, friends and family, all our team work hard to make our food fresh from scratch and we treat food, employees and customers with care and respect as everyone that has been around Riviera Maya knows it and I'm sure they will be happy to share their experience of this.
We work with fresh ingredients and we cook and prepare about 100 percent of our food from scratch, our food rotation is extremely fast since we are a busy restaurant and unlike high processed food that hardly ever goes bad our fresh food has a very natural short shelf live and fresh flavors.
Finally we invite everyone to comment on how many times you have enjoyed Riviera Maya freshly made food and had a great time with your friends and family there.
