Our Tequila Ocho Spirit Dinner opens with a bubbly welcome cocktail, and the evening only goes UP from there. Shrimp ceviche meets passion fruit and a Tajin rim. Duck confit tostada gets the caramelized fig treatment with our Fig Me UP cocktail. And Snake River Farms Wagyu with chimichurri? That calls for Tequila Ocho Extra Añejo, poured neat. Finish with churro cheesecake, coffee caramel sauce and a very good reason to clean your plate.⁠
