Signature Drink of the Week: the Blackberry Whiskey Smash 🫐🥃

Personal favorite, not gonna lie. Save this one 👇

🥃 Recipe:
• 4 fresh blackberries (muddled)
• 6 to 8 mint leaves (smack ’em first, trust me)
• 2 oz whiskey (heavy pour, your choice)
• 3/4 oz agave syrup
• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
• Top with soda water
• Garnish with a blackberry and mint sprig

Muddle the blackberries in your shaker. Smack the mint between your hands to release the oils, then drop it in. Add whiskey, agave, and lime. Shake hard with ice. Double strain into a glass over fresh ice (two strainers, no seeds, no debris). Top with soda water for that fizz.
Pro tip: more blackberries = deeper color and richer flavor. Go with 4 if you want it bold.
