I want to take a moment to address some of the rumors circulating about Billie Jo’s and to make sure everyone has the correct information moving forward.

The past four months have been difficult, but Billie Jo’s has remained open and serving our community. Our tax matters have been resolved, and our liquor license has now been reinstated.

Some of what has been repeated about our business and our family simply is not true. Rumors can be especially damaging to a locally owned business and the people behind it. If you ever have a question about Billie Jo’s, I hope you’ll feel comfortable asking me directly.

Starting Wednesday and moving forward, our hours are:

Tuesday through Saturday
11:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Kitchen hours:
11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
4:00–9:00 p.m.

The kitchen closes at 9:00 p.m.—not 8:30 or 9:15. If you arrive during our posted kitchen hours, you should expect to be welcomed with a smile and treated like we genuinely appreciate your business.

We are also aware that some customers previously heard grumbling, profanity, or things being thrown around in the kitchen. That behavior was unacceptable, and those issues have been addressed. It is not the atmosphere we want for our customers or our staff.

For more than 20 years, Billie Jo’s has been part of this community. Thinline Bakeshop also continues baking with the same care, quality, and standards our customers have come to expect.

To everyone who continued to walk through our doors, order food, buy bread, and offer a kind word during the past few months—thank you. Your support has meant more than you probably realize.

We’re still here, we’re fully open, and we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to welcome you back.
