Ok, so here's the scoop. We have a bar (on the outside, still needs a few bits behind it). We have bathrooms. We have detritus everywhere.

We still need to finish up a few small details but it's looking pretty promising.

Out current plan is to have our grand "Re whatevering" and be open for business Friday at 11 and we will have operators standing by beginning Wednesday to take reservations!

Please be patient as we all try to remember how to cook as it has been a bit.

Long time no see! Were sorry about that.
We still love you, we promise, it has just been a bit stressful around here and we seem to have opted to ostrich away our problems.

For those that missed it, approximately 6,000-8,000 gallons of water rained through the kitchen, bar, and bathroom ceilings when a water line feeding one of the second floor restrooms decided it no longer wanted to identify as a water line but rather a mastermind of havoc and destruction.

The good, apparently none of us are actually witches so no one melted!

The bad, it was REALLY wet.

There is progress, we promise!
- We have bathrooms again.
- The kitchen has a new ceiling
- The bar almost has a floor (that area was really really really wet)
- The back bar (formerly a waterfall feature) is really pretty.

What we still need to do:
- Get a floor down so we can move our b**r coolers back ( about 3 million pounds each, and no we didn't empty them first... that's a terrible idea.)
- Then we can replace all our bar sinks, Ice wells, and other secrets you dont see from your side of the bar.
- Then we can bring in our new bar frame (you'll love it, wait till you see what we do with components from the old one!)
- Then we can face and top the bar
- Then we need to get yu boi Coka-Cola in here to reinstall our soda system
- Then we need to bring all the booze, barware, glasses, and other nonsense back.
- Then we have to clean EVERYTHING
- Then we just have to order all of the food, prep everything ever, and were ready to go!

no big.

It shouldn't be long, we hope.

In the meantime, keep craving them wings, pizzas, burgers, and fish fry.

We cant wait to see you all back in!

☔Old Mill Update☔
Well friends, its gunna be a little bit. Since Saturday we have:
- Sucked up a crap ton of water off the floors and counters and out of coolers.
- Put a bunch of big fans and dehumidifiers everywhere
- Started cleaning a whole bunch
- Opened up a few walls to check for the moist and learned... The Old Mill is like an Ogre. It has layers. On top of the cotton candy there was dry wall, on thop of the dry wall there was some sort of laminate, on top of the laminate there was wainscoting. and between every one of them was wet. SO MUCH WET😭
- So, its a stud job. That's why im here. Also we need new walls.

🎁In the meantime, we got you gifts!🎁
Tomorrow morning we are going to start going through the perishable food that was not damaged, but that will also not survive till we get the place fixed.

- The "good" stuff may be rationed. if we still have more we will invite you back. Please come prepared with cockamamie plans as to what you plan to do with your loot!

Did you hear we flooded the restaurant? It's wet. really really wet.
We are still coming to hang out at the brewery but yall should definitely come get some wings.. The restaurant is going to be closed for a little bit so COME BUY EVERYTHING. No one likes wasting wings :(

Back-to-back live music is coming to Kent B**r Company this weekend 🎶🍺

We’ve got two performances on the schedule, starting Saturday evening with Casual Remix from 6–8:30pm. Then on Sunday, The Deneckes take the stage from 1–5pm for an entire afternoon of live music.

And behind the bar, a true KBC favorite is back. Raspberry Blonde Ale is light, refreshing and full of bright raspberry flavor. It’s one of those b**rs people look forward to returning, and fresh pours will be ready when we open today at 4pm.

There’s plenty of food to go with the shows too:

Friday | 4–9pm
Stop in for the return of Raspberry Blonde and start the weekend with a fresh pint.

Please stay tuned as we assess the carnage. We will update as soon as our extremely professional consultant decides if we should just convert to being an indoor pool instead of a restaurant.

Hey, that's us! Come get yourself some FISH FRY!!

The weekend is almost here, and we’ve got a great few days lined up at Kent B**r Company. 🍻

This Saturday, we’re excited to welcome 'Garegin' to the brewery for his first solo performance at KBC! A talented pianist, guitarist, singer, and songwriter, he’s performed across Western New York and the Finger Lakes, and we can’t wait to have him on our stage from 6:00–8:45pm.

Here’s what’s happening all weekend:

Thursday | 5–9pm
Kickoff the weekend with a cold pint.

Friday | 4–9pm
🍗 Old Mill Inn will be here serving dinner from 4–8pm.
