Oletoberfest is Copper Trail Brewing Company's annual FREE fall festival of live music, games, contests, kids activities, and more, and this year's HISTORIC 10th annual celebration is taking place Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 13 at the taproom (205 Broadway St. in Alexandria.)

We're thrilled and grateful to announce that DCHS will be this year's fundraising partner for the event, and we appreciate Copper Trail's support of our mission to preserve and share local history.

Watch for fun presentations on Germans in Douglas County, Prohibition, and "Why do we call it Oktoberfest if it's in September?!"

Oletoberfest will also feature a freewill benefit Pancake & Sausage for DCHS on Sunday, September 13, from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.!

Throughout the weekend we'll also have DCHS and Copper Trail staff and local 'celebrities' in a dunk tank raising money for DCHS - watch our page for a schedule of the dunk tank volunteers!

Oletoberfest is Copper Trail Brewing Company’s annual FREE fall festival of live music, games, contests, kids activities, and more, and this year’s HISTORIC 10th annual celebration is taking place Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 13 at the taproom (205 Broadway St. in Alexandria.)

Copper Trail opened in its first location at Willow Creek Business Park in 2016.

The first Oletoberfest took place in 2017.

We moved to its present day location at 205 Broadway in 2019 and the event has only grown since!

We’re thrilled and grateful to announce that DCHS will be this year’s fundraising partner for the event! We are so excited for this partnership!
