Chef Rami has a new restaurant called Alto Fumo! Alto Fumo means "High-Rising Smoke" in Italian — like smoke rising from a pizza oven 😉. The menu is Italian-centric and features pizza, pasta, salads, and other comfort foods.

The diverse pizza menu ranges from good ol’ simple classic cheese pizza to sophisticated specialty pizzas. And for those of you who would run to Overwood when Spaghetti Bolognese was a special and wondered why the heck it wasn’t on the menu . . . it is at Alto Fumo!

The restaurant is like the Italian Lovechild of Overwood and Faccia Luna — it’s actually located at Faccia Luna’s old Arlington location.
