Stillhart Brewing In 2010 they invested in a homebrewing kit and Stillhart Brewing (then called D-John Brews) was born.

Meeting and becoming friends while hopping around jobs in the restaurant industry in Gainesville, Florida, John Hart and Derek Stillwagon bonded like brothers over music, sports, movies and most importantly, excellent craft beer! Their setup has grown and mutated and joined with others over a few years, all the while they've been busy brewing new styles, putting crazy ingredients in their recipes,

and always bringing together friends to share the experience. As they refine their skills they are beginning to look more into what it would take to own a nano/micro brewery or brewpub, with the ultimate goal being a small and personal location that would house the brewery and the accompanying brewpub featuring its own brews and unique food offerings. Within a few more years and quite a few more beers, perhaps that neon "open" sign will be clicked on!
