We weren’t going to share progress videos just yet… but we’re too excited not to.

Slowly but surely, Rouxs is starting to come to life, and seeing it go from an empty building to what it’s becoming has been pretty incredible.

Our goal has always been simple: create the kind of neighborhood spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Drive-thru daiquiris when you’re on the go, handcrafted cocktails and your favorite classics inside, all in a casual but elevated atmosphere with a moody vibe.

We’ve still got work to do, but we’re getting closer every day.

A huge thank you to D’Argent Construction, the entire Rouxs team, and the Cutts and Drago families for helping bring this vision to life. We can’t wait to open the doors and welcome y’all in.
