Due to unexpected circumstances, we must close earlier than planned, and today will be our final day for now.

We sincerely thank our customers and community for the support and understanding you’ve shown us. This is a pause, not an ending we look forward to reopening next year with new surprises.

We can’t wait to see you again soon.

Dear Aledo ,

Thank you for all the love and support you’ve given to Miguel’s.
We’ve shared many wonderful moments here, and we are truly grateful.

We have decided to begin a new chapter for this location. This is not the end!

Miguel’s will have its last day of service on December 28th and will officially transition into Judy’s Family Cafe Aledo.

Over the next few months, we will be renovating the building, including the interior and kitchen.
Our goal is to complete the remodel by May 2026 and reopen as a brand new Judy’s.

The new Judy’s will feature:
Breakfast · Lunch · Dinner all-day menu
Judy’s warm hospitality & famous pancakes
More home style and fusion flavors for everyone to enjoy.

It’s not a goodbye just a step toward something even better.
Thank you for your continued support, and we can’t wait to welcome you back.

The annual Aledo Rhubarb Fest is tomorrow, Friday and Saturday. When you drive 17 into town, you will see a Mexican restaurant with an orange building on the roadside. You can stop in on your journey and come in to taste Mexican food and drinks 🌮 🍹
