This week Louise Whitney (Tracey's Mother) joins Sid Fendley and Rodney Bowe for her second Sip & Swing Sunday - although she's graced Babydoll's stage many times to standing ovations from the audience! Louise toured with soul greats Solomon Burke and Johnny Otis, and with her children, The Whitney Family (Tracey included), toured and recorded (earning a Billboard magazine Top Singles Pick), appeared on many TV shows, and had an Emmy nominated song from The Minstrel Man, starring Glynn Turman. After the family band disbanded, Louise relocated to Las Vegas, NV, where she continued to perform solo until she moved to Albuquerque in 2024 to live with Tracey.
