Tw***ie Alert!! 🚨

A menu favorite is hitting the table with a twist tonight. Chef Brianna’s Tw***ie features banana cake, white chocolate mousse, caramel, and candied pecans, a dessert that’s already creating a little buzz around the restaurant.

Of course, dessert is only the final act. Start with grilled peaches, speck prosciutto, creamy burrata, and arugula before moving into harissa, glazed lamb meatballs with roasted delicata squash and dill lemon yogurt. Each course is paired with a thoughtfully selected wine to elevate every bite.

This month, Chef is serving up a Jack Daniel’s Smoke Flatiron Steak topped with Smoked Beef Tallow Butter, paired with roasted patty pan squash, rosemary red potatoes, and garlic aioli for a dish that’s rich, smoky, and full of summer flavor.

And because every great meal deserves the perfect cocktail, we’re pouring the Man-Hat-Tan — featuring M’tucci’s Russell’s Reserve Bourbon, Carpano Vermouth, and barrel-aged bitters.

Tonight’s Prix Fixe is serving up summer flavors with a little M’tucci’s flair. 🍷✨

Start with grilled zucchini, roasted corn, Hatch green chile, and Tucumcari feta, followed by carnita tacos topped with pickled onion, jalapeño, and salsa verde. Then finish the evening with Chef Brianna’s Black Bottom Pie featuring an Oreo crust, chocolate custard, vanilla-rum spiced mousse, Chantilly cream, and chocolate curls.

Each course is thoughtfully paired to elevate every bite, and with limited plates available, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
