Single Malt and Single Hop Pilsner. Grain bill of 100% Pilsner malt from Schwebach Malts in McIntosh, NM, hopped with Liberty hops lending a floral and lemony hop flavor and aroma profile.

Keep It Simple Stout (ABV 4.1% IBU 32)(GR)
A dry stout, medium body, low ABV, mild bitterness, balanced roast & malt profile. Creamy head and body.

Rice l***r brewed with jasmine rice and hopped with Elani hops for a subtle fruity and tropical hop profile. Easy drinking l***r, light in body, dry finish, and perfect on a hot day!

American L***r (ABV 4.8% IBU 15)(GR)
American Style l***r, light body, low bitterness, mild hop presence. Prominent malt profile.

Hazy Chain D.I.P.A. v25 (ABV 7.2% IBU 100+)(GR)
Our ever evolving D.I.P.A. Version 25's grain bill is German Pilsner and Munich malt, hopped with Magnum, Chinook, Citra, CTZ, Equinox, and Idaho #7 hops.

Malt forward Amber Ale, toasted and roasted flavors are front and center. Restrained hop bitterness and medium in body.

Low Resistance L***r (ABV 5.0% IBU 8)(GR)
Extra Light American style l***r. Brewed with Pilsner malt from Schwebach Malts in McIntosh, NM. Rice used to lighten the body and corn ads a subtle sweet finish. Saaz hops lend a subtle bitterness.
